New to Sound Bathing?

Welcome to Sol Harmonics Sound Wellness! Whether you're a first-timer or seasoned sound bather, we're thrilled to have you join our community. Below is a step-by-step guide to ensure your first session is a harmonious experience.

 

How to Prepare: 

 

Check our schedule & book your session

  • Navigate to our online schedule and choose a session that suits you.

  • Complete the booking process and check your email for a confirmation.

  • Check your email for more pre-session information

 

What to Bring:

  • Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat and a head pillow.

  • We provide blankets and bolsters for added comfort.

  • Limited yoga mats available for use.

 

Arrival:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in (Check your email for specific location details)

  • Consider your parking options prior to arrival

  • One of our practitioners will greet you at the door to check you in.

  • Make sure to use the washroom before we begin!

What to Expect:

  • Our practitioners will introduce the practice, briefly sharing information about the benefits of Sound Bathing.

  • Throughout the experience, you will be laying down on your mat. You are welcome to readjust throughout the practice, just be mindful of the people and space around you.

  • You will be guided through a meditation and relaxation exercise to ease you into the Sound Bath.

  • During the Sound Bath, practitioners will use a variety of instruments to create a calm atmosphere. The instruments have a relaxing effect on the body and mind, naturally guiding you into a deep meditative state. This state is commonly referred to as non-sleep deep rest.
